Glossop Cartons offers dedicated, flexible service throughout the entire production process, which is divided into three stages:-

The CONSTRUCTION stage is where a designer creates an original carton construction from a customer brief using Cad Cam technology. The designer produces samples and/or keylines to meet individual customer requirements. Upon approval from the customer, the designer takes a cutting form order from which a computer file can be generated. This file is then passed onto the design department for addition of graphics. Alternatively a diagram or keyline of the carton profile can be sent to the customers designers for their use.

The DESIGN stage involves the company using its own in-house internal design team to produce artwork in accordance with customer specifications. Alternatively external artwork can be imported to Glossop Carton and Print. Proofs are then devised which are as close to a production sample as the customer requires.

The PRODUCTION stage is the final process in which the product is carefully manufactured through the areas of print, cutting and creasing and gluing, before being packaged and dispatched as necessary.
